Today I thought I’d share them with you (in written form), as well as showing you the live video. The great thing about Facebook live is that you can actually download the video for later use, which is great for you guys who may miss it.

P.s. Please ignore the noise and having to wait for people to connect. I get a bit awkward waiting for people like that but it’s a necessary part of Facebook Live haha.
A few bits I talk about in the video:
I know I know. I go on about this ALL the time. And I know that sometimes getting exercise just isn’t possible when you have kids to looks after, a stressful job, etc. But just that half an hour a day will make all the difference.
I explain in this video that if doesn’t have to be at the gym or outside, you can simply walk around your garden for a bit. Or do what I do and get yourself up and down those stairs a few times. Before you know it your heart is racing and you’re pleasing your brain at the same time.
I always find I feel LOADS better after that
Herbal teas are great for when you’re on the go, at simply sitting at work or watching TV. Depending on how you’re feeling, herbal teas help with a variety of issues, including anxiety. You can read more about these here and here.
