My name is Jessica and I currently live with my partner Lee in sunny Nottingham, UK.

I made this blog in the hope of inspiring other people to talk about how anxiety affects them.
I reached a point in my life 4 years ago when everything was turned upside down following being diagnosed with Anxiety.
Since that moment I have realised that my calling in life is to help you. Whether you suffer from anxiety or not, your cranium can hold you back (without even realising it). Allow me to help you through it, one step at a time.
I’ve spent a lot of time working out what works best. I’ve also made mistakes, stumbled over hurdles and let anxiety get the better of me.

A certified Life Coach to help you smash those goals, get rid of limiting beliefs and moving forward in your goals (with an anxiety focus)
A resource available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A helping hand when the going gets tough.
After many years of trial and error, I have discovered what actually works. The key is to letting you control your anxiety. Not only this, but key thoughts and processes to improve confidence, self-esteem, and mental wellbeing help with that.
As a certified life coach, my mission is to teach, guide and support you, the woman you are, to being the best person you can be. I’m doing that through really helpful content and proven coaching techniques.
To me, this is my life’s work now!

Some other little random facts about me:
I LOVE animals. I could easily be an animal rights activist as I feel soooo strongly about the treatment of animals.
I like wine, coffee and food, and love hosting for friends and family.
My favourite food is prawns. It’s basically an addiction. Prawns, white wine, garlic and chilli (as a dish) is the only way to my heart.
I have a brother who suffers from cerebral palsy. It affects his movement and not his mind. He is an incredibly intelligent human being with a degree under his belt and living an independent lifestyle. He’s amazing 🙂
